Phoenix Multi-Vehicle Crash Proves to be Fatal

As Phoenix multi-vehicle crash attorneys, we were sorry to learn that a person was killed during the accident on March 1, 2013, according to CBS 5 News. Three cars were involved in the crash that occurred at 3 a.m. on westbound Interstate 10 near 35th Avenue. This was the third crash in as many days in the city. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim, and we wish everyone else involved a quick and full recovery.

Reporters did not disclose what happened to cause this accident, and until police complete their investigation, it will remain unclear. However, we have seen many similar crashes in which someone is driving distracted or falls asleep at the wheel. This could be true in this case since it was 3 a.m. when the crash took place.

Fatal Accident in Tucson, Three Taken to Hospital

We were sorry to learn of a fatal accident in Tucson that occurred on February 5. The accident occurred at Houghton Road and Tanque Verde intersection. According to reports from Tucson News Now, the accident involved two cars and sent three people to the hospital, where a 62-year-old man later died of injuries. The crash occurred around 1 p.m. and police investigated the scene until 5:30 p.m. to determine exactly what happened. We want to give our condolences to the families of the victims and everyone involved.

Tucson Intersection Crashes

While police have not released the details of their investigation, there are some facts that we now know. It appears the driver of the blue car was traveling southbound on Houghton and the driver of the white car, which also contained a passenger, was traveling eastbound on Tanque Verde. One of the drivers may have failed to yield at a stoplight or perhaps ran a red light. The fatal car crash happened at such a high speed and with such force that the blue car was thrown off the road and into a ditch.

Shooting Results in Deadly Phoenix Car Crash

At the Breyer Law Offices, P.C., we were deeply disturbed by news reports of a combined shooting and car accident that happened July 2, according to local news reports by ABC 15 News. The accident happened around the intersection of 30th Street and Paradise Lane shortly after midnight. The driver of the truck was shot by a man who was walking down the sidewalk with another man. The truck veered off the road, struck a light post, and then crashed into the side of an apartment building before coming to a stop. The driver died, though police have not indicated whether he died from the gunshot wound or the impact of the crash. No reports were made as to whether the passenger was also injured. We are thinking of the driver who was killed and our deepest sympathies go out to his family.

Phoenix Car Crash Statistics

There was no way that the driver could have avoided this deadly Phoenix car crash. Nearly 4,000 car accidents of other origin, including gunshot fire and other tragedies, occur throughout the state of Arizona each year, according to reports from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). These accidents result in nearly five deaths each year and cause approximately 1,900 injuries, according to statistics. In Phoenix, there are more than 29,060 reported collisions annually. Three Firefighters Caught in Deadly Sells Car Crash

As experienced Arizona car crash wrongful death attorneys, we are deeply saddened by the death of one firefighter and the severe injuries to two other firefighters in an accident that occurred on June 8, as reported by KVOA News. The vehicle the firefighters were riding in was racing to the scene of a fire on Federal Route 19 when it overturned. One of the firefighters died in the collision. Two others were seriously injured and were transported to the hospital to be treated for their injuries.

According to reports from the scene of the crash, no other vehicles were involved in the collision and no additional firefighters were hurt in the impact. There was no report on who was driving the vehicle carrying the three men at the time of the accident and no confirmation has been given on whether the men were wearing seatbelts. Young Child Dies in Head-on Phoenix Collision

A car carrying three people tried to pass a pickup truck on 37th Avenue near the intersection of Elm Street and the two vehicles collided. The man driving the car and an adult passenger were taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries. The passenger’s five-year-old son, who was riding in the back seat, was killed in the accident. The driver of the pickup truck reportedly suffered no injuries.

Initial reports from police indicate that the man who was driving the car was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time the collision occurred and that none of the passengers were wearing seatbelts. Four Car Phoenix Car Crash Leaves One Dead, Three Injured

This crash occurred near 71st Avenue and Indian School Road, reported to be one of the most accident-prone roads in Phoenix, according to AZCentral. It occurred on June 5 and involved four cars, ending in the death of one person the injuries to three others resulting in Indian School Road being shut down from 71st to 75th. How Did This Phoenix Car Crash Happen?

It is unclear how this fatal auto accident in Phoenix happened. Police are still investigating and haven’t shared any details. Phoenix Broadside Car Wreck Results In Fatality

As experienced Phoenix car wreck attorneys, we were shocked and dismayed at the tragic results of a two-car collision that took place May 29, according to reports by KPHO News. The car wreck happened around 6:45 p.m. when a large SUV ran the stop sign at Indian School Road and 43rd Avenue and broadsided a car. The person who was driving the SUV had no passengers and was only mildly injured in the collision. A father and his two young sons aged seven and ten, riding in the car, were all injured. Reports also indicate that everyone in this vehicle was wearing their seatbelt.

The older son sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to a hospital in critical condition, where he later died. Police have not determined causation in this Phoenix fatal car crash and it was not reported whether the driver in the SUV was speeding at the time the accident occurred. This is such a tragic event.
