2-year-old Boy Killed in Mesa Pedestrian Accident

The Mesa pedestrian accident lawyers of the Breyer Law Offices are very sad to report the death of a little 2-year-old boy. Children injuries and fatalities are particularly upsetting to us as we ourselves have 8 children. The accident occurred October 30, 2011, as reported by AZ Central. The fatal accident happened around 6 p.m. near Baseline and Recker roads.

The little boy was said to have been missing just a few minutes, and his family was looking for him as the accident happened. He was transported to a local hospital but later died of his injuries. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

What Caused this Fatal Pedestrian Car Accident?

People may be fast to point fingers at the parents of this child; however, it may be that others are responsible. It has been reported that there were vehicles parked on the street. It may be that these drivers are responsible as well. Perhaps they should not have parked on the street and were partially responsible for the driver not seeing the little boy. Possibly, the driver was not speeding, but still going to fast for conditions. There are many other things that could have contributed to the boy being hit by the vehicle.
