A 54-year-old man was killed in a Phoenix on-the-job accident while working on an air conditioning unit on a rooftop. According to a news report, the fatal accident occurred on the roof of a warehouse near First Avenue and Lincoln Street in Phoenix. Two men were working on a large industrial cooler when one of the men was killed. Initially, it was believed that the man was electrocuted. An investigation is underway to determine what caused his death and what caused the burn marks on his hand. The other man working with him was not injured.
