As experienced Phoenix car accident lawyers, we were surprised to hear of the reports by ABC15 regarding two separate car crashes that occurred on the same road on October 30, 2011. Police first responded when a 28-year-old man was struck by an SUV as he was crossing on Cave Creek Road near Grovers Avenue. The driver of the SUV stopped at the scene of the accident. The second deadly accident happened a few hours later when a woman driving a motorcycle went off the road and hit a pole. The 24-year-old woman was said to not have been wearing a helmet. Police continue to investigate the reason why the motorcyclist went off the road.
We send our sincerest condolences to the family of the victims.

Can a Phoenix Wrongful Death Lawyer Help You?
An experienced Phoenix wrongful death lawyer should be able to answer the many questions that the families of these victims most likely have regarding the accident. It may be that the City is partially responsible for these accidents, but one would have to investigate the accident scene. It is ironic, though, that two fatal car accidents would occur on the same road. An experienced car accident lawyer can investigate the scene to uncover more evidence.
