In fact, we now scan in every document in every case. We use all of the available resources to us in terms of software and technology to allow us to best stay on top of our clients' cases. Our use of computers and software is something that we are extremely proud of.
And best of all, it has no negative effect on our clients. Many of our clients, perhaps most, still do not email us. Many do not even own a computer. That is fine. Our clients do not need to know the first thing about technology. Absolutely nothing. We use our technology to stay ahead of the entity trying to prevent our client from getting fair compensation. That is our responsibility. We understand there is nothing like a good discussion on the phone for many clients. While we want you to know that we do everything we can to make sure your case is handled in the most efficient, expedited, and thorough way possible, do not feel intimidated at all.
