We know that injury victims face an uphill battle. In almost every case that we handle for our clients, the adversary is either a multibillion dollar insurance company or a multimillion dollar business. Obviously, it is extremely rare that our clients have the financial resources to go "toe to toe" with these incredibly well-funded defendants.
So what can we do to make sure our clients have the closest thing possible to a "level playing field?" Preparation. Experience. Commitment. And, in our case, technology.
We have been scanning our clients' vital documents into our computer system for years. No longer is the threat of misplacing a document a vital concern – it is stored in out system. If an attorney is out of the office – even in court – any document can be pulled up from our office system into the computer at court. In fact, we now scan in every document in every case. We use all of the available resources to us in terms of software and technology to allow us to best stay on top of our clients' cases. Our use of computers and software is something that we are extremely proud of.
And best of all, it has no negative effect on our clients. Many of our clients, perhaps most, still do not email us. Many do not even own a computer. That is fine. Our clients do not need to know the first thing about technology. Absolutely nothing. We use our technology to stay ahead of the entity trying to prevent our client from getting fair compensation. That is our responsibility. We understand there is nothing like a good discussion on the phone for many clients. While we want you to know that we do everything we can to make sure your case is handled in the most efficient, expedited, and thorough way possible, do not feel intimidated at all. You do not need to understand the first thing about technology to work with us. But you can sleep well knowing that we are using all of the available, top-level technological resources to work for you.
