Firm News | Phoenix Personal Injury Law Blog - Breyer Law Offices, P.C.
As slightly cooler weather comes to town along with the holidays, we in Phoenix have something to be thankful for. At The Husband and Wife Law Team, we’re thankful for one more thing—recognition of our outstanding service to clients!
We love the thrill of giving back to our community – and our nation, as well! Breyer Law Offices, P.C., believes we’ve done both with our 2019 scholarship, which was geared towards high-school and college students across the country with a 3.0 and a dream.
We asked, how do YOU intend to use what you learn in college, no matter what field you end up working in? After going through hundreds of answers, we’ve found the two that spoke most deeply to us. Are you ready? Congratulations to…
As the parents of eight children – two in college now! – personal injury attorneys Mark and Alexis Breyer are familiar with the costs of higher education. That’s why our Phoenix law firm has decided to give away not one, but TWO $1,000 scholarships to deserving students from Arizona and nationwide! We closed The Husband and Wife Law Team Scholarship on June 18th, and now, we are ready to announce our finalists!
The Husband and Wife Law Team is proud to announce that Alexis Breyer received an award as one of the Top 10 Best Attorneys for Exceptional and Outstanding Client Service by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
This year, we’re doing it again! The Husband and Wife Law Team is offering two $1,000 scholarships to two outstanding students—one from Arizona, our home state, and one from somewhere else in the country!
With college-aged children of their own, Mark and Alexis Breyer know how expensive post-secondary education is these days. That is why our Phoenix personal injury firm is proud to offer this money to two deserving applicants, to help pay a portion of their upcoming costs.
Mother’s Day is approaching, so it’s time to make brunch reservations at your mom’s favorite restaurant and order some flowers. Like Father’s Day in June, we set one Sunday in May aside every year to pay tribute to one of the most important people in our lives—our mothers. We appreciate all that mom has done for us, and continues to do for us; whether it’s watching the kids or giving sage advice. Mark and Alexis Breyer, The Husband and Wife Law Team, would like to wish all moms a wonderful Mother’s Day.
As the parents of eight children, attorneys Mark and Alexis Breyer know the uneasiness that parents feels when their child is out of their eyesight, either driving a car or riding with another teen driver. Young drivers are inexperienced behind the wheel, and they don’t always make the wisest decisions. Also, motor vehicle accidents cause over one-third of all teen deaths in the United States. Such statistics only add to a parent’s worries.
For the past 22 years, the City of Tempe has celebrated Bike Month with a Tour de Tempe to encourage bike safety and get more people riding. We will be there from Breyer Law Offices, P.C., to pass out swag and share information about bicycle safety. Here are the details:

There will be plenty of family-fun activities and vendors serving food, so come hungry! If you like live music and dancing, we will have plenty of it. The kids can play on bounce houses or try their hand at carnival games. They can also get their faces painted by friendly clowns. We’ll also have a swag bag for everyone who RSVPs.

The day you get your driver’s license is one of the best days of your life. It brings independence, as you don’t have to rely on your parents to take you where you want to go. And it’s great for your social life, because now you can go out with friends, picking them up and dropping them off whenever you want. (Okay, mostly whenever you want.)
It’s an exciting time, and you should be excited! Passing a driver’s exam and being able to hit the streets is a major milestone. But it’s not a privilege—it’s a responsibility. And we at Breyer Law Offices, P.C., want you to do it safely!
