Say Hello to Our 2021 Scholarship Finalists!
The moment the scholarship deadline of April 21, 2021 passed, Mark and Alexis Breyer, along with their team at Breyer Law Offices, P.C., immediately went to work reading all of the incredible applications that the students of America sent in. Considering the avalanche of essays that we received, reading each and every one was not an easy feat. However, the joy of getting to know each of you made the time fly! While the future may be a frightening prospect for many, the current generation of students is clearly ready for the challenge!
Alexis and Mark Breyer have several children of their own, so they understand better than most how expensive education — especially a college education — can be. That is why they set up this scholarship to award $1,000 to two current high school seniors and help them get the education that they need to pursue a bright future.
After reading and re-reading these incredible essays, we at Breyer Law Offices, P.C., are finally ready to announce our finalists for the 2021 Husband and Wife Law Team Scholarship. These students showed passion, dedication, and insight. We are sure they will go far. Congratulations to:
- Jordan H. – Missouri City, Texas
- Jeyan F. – Waipahu, HI
- Sarah M. – Howell, NJ
- Samantha M. – New Hyde Park, NJ
- Josie R. – Columbia, SC
- Laura K. – Gilbert, AZ
- Casey J. – Phoenix, AZ
- Landry W. – Tucson, AZ

Out of all of the amazing applications we received, yours shone through. You should be proud of yourselves and your essays. Reading about your plans for the future, what makes you feel passionate, and what you want to work toward, has inspired all of us to again dream and look ahead.
Now we are left with the near impossible task of selecting just two of you to award with a $1,000 scholarship. We will announce our winners on June 8, 2021. For further updates, be sure to check in with our blog, as well as our Facebook page.
Even if you were not selected as a finalist, we hope that you will stand proud for the hard work you put into this scholarship application. Taking such important steps forward, especially when you are unsure if you will succeed, is difficult. We wish you luck with all of your future endeavors, although we have the feeling you won’t need it.
