Valentino’s Eatery Takes Top Place With HEART!
The nominations keep rolling in and The Husband and Wife Law Team keeps rolling out the winners! The latest on our list is Valentino’s Eatery in Florence. Valentino’s was opened by Jennifer and Rob Barker in 2014, and for the past six years, the Italian restaurant has been a staple of the Arizonan landscape. With delicious, classic Italian food and mouth-watering desserts made in-house, it doesn’t come as a surprise that Rob Barker had 26 years of experience as a chef in New York before venturing to Arizona.
The variety of food is astounding, and all of it is delicious. If you visit Valentino’s you can expect to indulge in lasagna, chicken parmesan and marsala, and, of course, the veal and eggplant are both to die for. That isn’t even counting the incredible homemade pizza dough that they use for all of their traditional pizzas. We certainly had an incredible time when we got to visit the eatery, as did the patrons.
Before the doors were thrown open on August 12, the Barker’s made sure to bring in extra staff, as they anticipated it would be a busy day. It’s a good thing the owners had such insight, as the reservations didn’t stop coming in from the time the restaurant opened at 3 pm to the time it closed at 5 pm. Even more frenzied were the constant takeout orders. Staff were scrambling to get all of the orders taken, prepared, and handed out to customers in a timely manner. By the time the day was done, the staff were exhausted, and the customers were happy!
Working with the incredible employees at Valentino’s Eatery was a wonderful experience, and Breyer Law Offices, P.C. is so grateful to everyone who sent in a nomination for this delicious Italian restaurant.
