Causes of Hit and Run Accidents
Many drivers leave the scene of the accident because of the notion that they may be able to get away with the responsibility of having been involved in a crash. Pedestrian accidents may also cause panic and fear among hit and run drivers, thus they try to leave the scene, only to be caught later.
