One nominator shared, "Mr. Penland makes learning fun, but more importantly, he shares his great love of math with the students, which ignites their interest as well."

Not only does Mr. Penland make math fun for his students, but he also exceeds expectations and his duties by volunteering his time after school and on weekends to DJ school dances, emcee assemblies, coach several school teams, and hold a "Saturday school" for students to get help from their teachers on the weekends.

Another nominator stated, "Mr. Penland encourages each student…to be a leader and a person of character. He inspires every student (and adult) he meets!"

Mark and Alexis Breyer, Arizona personal injury attorneys, parents of eight children, and founders of the Teacher Appreciation Program stated, "A sincere congratulations, and on behalf of all parents of children going through school, thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. It is because of teachers like you that our children succeed in today’s world."

Giving Teachers the Recognition and Rewards They Deserve

In the 2009-2010 school years, public school teachers throughout the county paid over $1.33 billion of their own funds to buy supplies for their students and classrooms.

Every year, with the back-to-school supply list getting longer, and more and more families facing financial hardship, teachers are forced to pitch in from their own pockets to provide the supplies these students need to succeed. Nominate your favorite teacher to win to thank them for volunteering their personal time and money for the benefit of your student.

Visit https://www.breyerlaw.com/lawyers-for-teachers/ to nominate your favorite teacher in the Husband & Wife Law Team Teacher Appreciation Program with the simple entry form on the site. Go back to the site daily to vote again and make sure that your favorite teacher has an increased chance of winning. The Husband & Wife Law Team urges all participants to share the link with their friends and family, and hopes that administrators will place the link on their school sites to make it easier for their teachers to be nominated and to share with their friends, families, and parents of students.
