Phoenix, AZ - Arizona serious injury attorneys, Mark and Alexis Breyer’s Teacher Appreciation program is not limited to any certain geographic area or school system; yet, one school in Ahwatukee has managed to win the coveted $250 gift card two times in a row with two different teachers!

Kyrene de la Esperanza elementary school was the proud host of last month’s Teacher Appreciation winner, Ms. Lynn Price. Mark recently went back to the school this month to award yet another teacher, Ms. Gayle Rapier, the $250.00 prize based on submitted entries.

The principal, Ms. Greene, arranged a spontaneous "staff meeting" to surprise Ms. Rapier, and the whole staff was very happy to see Mark again, immediately asking, "Who got it (the award) this time?"

One nominator shared about Ms. Rapier that, "She is so dedicated to her job as a teacher. She stays back after school to help homework club kids and she even comes to school on the weekend to prepare for her students."

Several nominations mentioned that Ms. Rapier not only teaches her students academically, but also teaches them to be better human beings.

Injury specialist lawyers, Mark Breyer, and his wife, Alexis Breyer, are parents of eight children themselves, six of whom are or were students at Kyrene Schools.

"I was so surprised to see the winner was a Kyrene de la Esperanza teacher again, they really have the cream of the crop when it comes to staff," said Mark.

"We have come into contact with many Kyrene teachers and have had great experiences with all of them. We encourage all students to vote for their teacher whether they are in the Kyrene school district or elsewhere. We are just thankful we can give back to Arizona teachers. We are excited to honor Ms. Rapier this month and it is well deserved," commented Alexis.

Lawyers for Teachers

Can you imagine spending $400 out of your own pocket for every day supplies you needed at work? Many people can’t picture themselves spending that amount of money on things that are typically provided by employers, but school teachers know that that is the average out of pocket expense spent every year on classroom supplies, according to a study done by the National School Supply and Equipment Association in 2010. Nationwide, the total is a staggering $1.33 billion dollars.

Most teachers enter their positions knowing this expectation, but it doesn’t make it any easier to loosen the purse strings, especially with budget cuts and increasing living costs affecting their own pockets.

If you want to help these teachers, or your child’s education, all you have to do is nominate a teacher you know for the Husband & Wife Law Team’s Teacher Appreciation Program.

To submit your nomination, visit https://www.breyerlaw.com/lawyers-for-teachers/. Make sure to share the link with your family and friends as well, so they are able to submit their own nominations. Administrators recognize an outstanding teacher today by nominating them for this great award. Every month, a different winner is awarded $250 for much-needed classroom supplies. All Arizona teachers, from elementary through high school, are eligible.
